- Add everything except the banana chips to your Vitamix. Blend on high for 3–4 minutes, using the tamper to keep things moving.
- Once smooth, add the banana chips and blend for another 30 seconds.

For a smoother, more spreadable consistency, blend in the optional coconut oil. If you're avoiding peanuts, just use more cashews. You'll need at least 4 cups of nuts total for the 64 oz container — use the 32 oz container for smaller batches.
