Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie

Bright, tangy, and naturally sweet — this is basically lemonade you can feel good about drinking. Great for sipping in the garden.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted

  • Vitamix blender (64-oz container)

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk first, then layer in the raspberries, peeled lemon, frozen banana, and dates. Starting with liquid helps everything blend smoothly.
  2. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth. Serve cold.

Lenny & Shalva's note: This one actually holds up in the fridge for a day or two — just shake or give it a quick re-blend before drinking. If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes first so they blend without leaving chunks. The lemon is doing real work here, so don't skip it — just make sure the peel is fully removed or you'll get bitterness.
