Pre-boiled and chilled beets work great here — saves prep time and blends smoother. Beets stain, so watch your cutting board and clothes. Fuji or Honeycrisp apples are a good call if you want it on the sweeter side. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
