Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk of choice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medium apple, cored
  • 1 whole date, pitted
  • ¼ cup (22 g) rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 whole banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1-2 cups (210-420 g) ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender container, starting with 1 cup (210 g) of ice.
  2. Blend on high speed for 50 seconds.
  3. If a thicker consistency is desired, add another cup of ice and blend on high for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
