  • 4 Tablespoons (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) sweetener (maple syrup, agave, etc)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 teaspoons (10 g) poppy seeds

Method
 

  1. Add apricots, olive oil, red wine vinegar, sweetener, salt, and pepper to a high-performance blender.
  2. Blend for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
