Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups (375 g) raw cashews
  • 1 cup (125 g) dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoons (4 g) cinnamon
  • 1 cup (84 g) dried banana chips
Optional:
  • 1/3 cup (66 g) coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients except banana chips to a high-performance blender.
  2. Blend on high for 3-4 minutes, using the tamper to push ingredients into the blades.
  3. When smooth, add banana chips and blend for 30 more seconds.
