Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup (217 g) coffee ice cubes
  • 1-2 dates, pitted

Method
 

  1. Freeze coffee in ice cube tray overnight.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender container.
  3. Start blending at variable speed 1, gradually increasing to speed 10.
  4. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Use the tamper to push ingredients from the corners into the blade.
  6. Scoop the ice cream into a serving dish.
  7. Serve immediately.
