Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 6 oz (180 ml) tequila
  • 2 oz (60 ml) triple sec
  • 1 whole grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 whole lime, peeled
  • 1 whole lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 6 cups (1260 g) ice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup (optional)
Non - Alcoholic Version
  • 1 whole grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 whole lemon, peeled
  • 2 whole limes, peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) simple syrup
  • 2 cups (420 g) ice

Method
 

  1. Add the liquid ingredients to a high-performance blender.
  2. Add the peeled fruits.
  3. Top with ice.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth and slushy.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
