Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup butterfly pea flower tea brewed and cooled
  • 1/4 cup lavender water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 3 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina optional, for color

Method
 

  1. Add coconut milk, butterfly pea flower tea, and lavender water to the Vitamix.
  2. Add frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, banana, dates, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45-60 seconds.
  4. Add blue spirulina if using and pulse a few times to incorporate.

Notes

Butterfly pea flower tea and lavender water are available online or at specialty grocery stores. If you can't find lavender water, use regular filtered water and add a tiny drop of culinary lavender extract. The blue spirulina is purely aesthetic—the smoothie tastes the same without it.
