Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) milk of choice
  • 1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) shelled pistachios
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried, edible lavender
  • 1 small lemon slice with peel
  • 1 whole pitted date
  • 1/4 cup (23 g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (15 g) spinach
  • 3/4 cup (158 g) ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-performance blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
