- Add all ingredients to the Vitamix. Blend on high for 60 seconds. Pour into a glass and drink up.

Prep ahead: Wash a whole celery stalk, chop the ribs in half, and store in foil in the fridge. Makes tomorrow's blend much faster.
Substitutions: Plain water works instead of coconut water. Ground ginger (1 tsp) can replace fresh. Any leafy green can sub for spinach.
Separation: The juice will separate after a few minutes — just stir or shake before drinking.
Storage: Best right away. If needed, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
