Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups (480 ml) milk of choice
  • 2 whole fresh peaches, pitted
  • 2 whole dates, pitted
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon (1.3 g) ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (40 g) rolled oats
  • 1 whole banana, frozen and peeled
  • 1½ cups (325 g) ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender container in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds.
  3. Pour into large glasses.

  • If peaches are not in season, use 2 cups (500 g) of frozen peaches and reduce the ice to ½ cup (108 g).
