Ingredients
  

  • 1 grapefruit peeled
  • 2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 apple cored
  • 1 thumbnail-sized piece of ginger
  • 4 oz water optional

Method
 

  1. Peel the grapefruit and core the apple. Add all ingredients to the Vitamix, starting with the softer fruit. Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth.

Notes
