Tiramisu Protein Shake

As a tiramisu aficionado, I don't say this lightly — we nailed it. The cashew yogurt tang plus cocoa powder on top are the one-two punch that make this taste like the real thing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz cold brew concentrate or 1 shot espresso
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla cashew yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • cocoa powder, for topping

Equipment

  • Vitamix blender (64-oz container)

Method
 

  1. Add the cold brew concentrate (or espresso), vanilla cashew yogurt, oat milk, protein powder, and ice to your Vitamix. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and dust cocoa powder generously over the top before serving.

Lenny & Shalva's note: The cashew yogurt is doing the heavy lifting here — that tang is what makes it taste like tiramisu instead of just a coffee shake. Don't skip it or swap for a neutral yogurt. If your protein powder is sweetened, taste before adding any extra sweetener — most people won't need it. Drink it right away while it's still thick and cold.
