Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups (225 g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups (185 g) frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) unsweetened milk of choice
  • Juice from 1/2 lime (about 1 Tablespoon or 15 ml)
  • 1 Tablespoon sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave, etc)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-performance blender in the order listed.
  2. Secure the lid and remove the lid plug.
  3. Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high speed.
  4. Use the tamper to push ingredients from the sides of the container towards the blades.
  5. Blend for about 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gradually decrease speed back to low.
  7. Serve immediately or scoop into individual portions and freeze for later consumption.
