Method
- Bring a large pot of water to boil.
- Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
- Add cauliflower to boiling water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until lightly browned.
- Drain the cooked cauliflower thoroughly.
- In a high-performance blender combine milk, sautéed garlic, cooked cauliflower, salt, and pepper.
- Blend on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm.
