Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) tahini
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high speed for 60 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional garlic, salt, or pepper if desired.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
