Jen's Green Smoothie

We asked our friend Jen from Simple Green Smoothies for her best green smoothie recipe, and this is it. Spinach keeps it mild, pineapple makes it tropical, and the whole thing comes together in under a minute. A great starting point if you're new to green smoothies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup liquid (water, coconut water, or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana peeled

Equipment

  • Vitamix

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to your Vitamix and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour and serve.
