- Wash all produce. Cut anything large enough to fit through the blender opening. Add everything including the water to your Vitamix container and blend on high until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Do not freeze.

Use whatever dark leafy greens you have — you don't need all of them. Any apple variety works fine. Black pepper is in here for a reason: it dramatically increases turmeric absorption.
