Ingredients
½ mango (80 g), peeled
½ lime (30 g), peeled
1 small piece lime with peel (for garnish)
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro
3 Tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the blender container.
- Start blending at low speed and gradually increase to high speed.
- Blend on high for 45 seconds.
