Quick question before I begin…

Nope. Recipes are 100% plant-based and designed to please people of good taste. Meaning real, whole ingredients that people across the dietary spectrum love. We’re not asking you to give anything up. Many of the recipes are good starting places to add whatever protein you want.

Nah. Recipes are the least interesting part of what we do. We teach you how to think about your Vitamix so you always know what to make. The recipes are how you practice it.

That’s what Jumpstart is designed to solve. Instead of handing you 200 recipes and wishing you luck, Shalva walks you through one technique per day for 7 days, then checks in weekly for 30 days. By the time you finish, you have habits โ€” not just recipes.

One of our most common stories involves a skeptical spouse who ends up using the Vitamix more than the person who signed up. The cashew queso alone has converted more meat-and-potatoes families than we can count.

In all likelihood, yes. Any Vitamix model purchased as new in the last 25 years will work. Though you may want a 48-ounce container if you do not have one already.

Questions about the food…

Sometimes! We’re 100% plant based and in most cases, you can make them WFPB SOS-Free. But I should say, one of our most popular recipes among people of all diets, our Creamy Wild Rice Soup is WFPB.

In most cases, yes. And if not, they’re usually substitutable.

We have several allergy-friendly recipes for nut-free situations. But many of our recipes use tree nuts, unfortunately. Let us know if you’d like help with a substitute โ€“ we’re all about inclusion here.
