Sometimes! We’re 100% plant based and in most cases, you can make them WFPB SOS-Free. But I should say, one of our most popular recipes among people of all diets, our Creamy Wild Rice Soup is WFPB.
In most cases, yes. And if not, they’re usually substitutable.
We have several allergy-friendly recipes for nut-free situations. But many of our recipes use tree nuts, unfortunately. Let us know if you’d like help with a substitute โ we’re all about inclusion here.
