1 cup (240 ml) milk of choice
1/4 cup (22 g) rolled oats
1 Tablespoon (16 g) peanut butter
1 Tablespoon (7 g) cocoa powder
1 whole frozen banana
1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup (105 g) ice
Looks delicious… I just placed 🍌 in freezer …to freeze for vegan combo oat, protein powder ( a hemp powder made in Manitoba 🇨🇦 and pb , almost milk + some ground seed, possibly hemp or chia unless I have flax

I am just curious why it says vegan recipes at the top of the page, yet many of the smoothies contain egg white?
