What are the benefits of buying a Vitamix here?
Same price as Vitamix.com, same warranty. But you get us: our $249 Jumpstart program starts the day you order, you can text us when you’re stuck, and if anything ever goes wrong, we handle the warranty claim for you.
Is it really the same price as Vitamix.com?
Yes. Same machine, same price, same full factory warranty. The difference is everything in the list above.
Do I have to do Jumpstart?
No. It starts in your inbox the day you order, and you go at your own pace.
What happens after the first 30 days?
Jumpstart is yours to keep. If you want to stay in the club for the recipe library and live cook-alongs, it’s $8/mo. Nothing renews unless you choose it.
How does shipping work?
Free, straight from Vitamix HQ. Orders ship in 3 business days, arriving a bit after that via UPS Ground.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call 612-354-5371 and we’ll take your order.
What if I pick the wrong one?
For most people, it’s the X5 BFG Bundle, and the Recommender sorts out the rest. If you still pick wrong, returns are free for 60 days and we send the label.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes. For three or more Vitamix blenders, see our bulk Vitamix orders page.
Do I need to register the warranty?
No. Every Vitamix we sell carries the 10-year warranty (5 on the VX1) with its serial number. Nothing to register ahead of time.
