- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to your Vitamix container. Blend on high using the tamper to push ingredients into the blade for about 20 seconds. Fold in the chocolate chips, then blend on high for another 10 seconds.

Serve right away or pre-portion and freeze for later. When ready, set it on the counter for five minutes to soften.
