1.1 Where do you ship?

USA. We ship all of our products to anywhere in the continental USA.

1.2 International shipping?

No, unfortunately. International shipping is not available at this time.

Select items are available for shipping outside the USA per listing on their product page.

Yes. Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the United States.

1.4 Shipping time?

Orders ship within 3 business days – shipped from the Vitamix factory, built on-demand. We’ll send an update once it’s on the way.

1.5 Delivery time?

Depends on your location. Get order status and tracking updates in your account.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a generous return policy.

2.1 What’s your return policy?

We offer free 60-day returns on all products we sell, with the exception of anything custom-printed.

2.2 Is return shipping included?

Yes. We pay for shipping on returns.

2.3 What condition does the return need to be in?

Our 60-day return policy is for you to test-drive your purchase. Items for return must be undamaged and returned in-full only.

2.4 How do I start a return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

3.1 How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited by your bank.
