Is this going in a commercial kitchen?

We sell Vitamix household machines. They’re built for home and home-like settings: break rooms, kitchenettes, apartments, offices, classrooms.
They are not built for commercial foodservice. If these machines are going behind a counter — a café, a juice or smoothie bar, a restaurant, a gym’s smoothie station, a hotel kitchen — you need Vitamix’s commercial line instead. Those machines are engineered for that duty cycle, and they’re NSF listed, which your health inspector is going to care about. A household machine in a commercial setting also isn’t covered under warranty.
We’d rather tell you that now than sell you the wrong thing.

One business day, usually less. Line-item pricing, lead time, everything a purchasing department needs. Colors, configurations, and mixed quantities are all fine.
3. You pay
Credit card, ACH, check, or wire. If your organization issues purchase orders, send it over — we’ll accept it as your ordering document and ship once payment clears.
4. It ships from Vitamix
Direct from the factory in Ohio, brand new, full warranties. We stay in touch the whole way.

Our pricing is published retail, the same price shown on our product pages and the same price as buying direct from Vitamix. You can verify it in about ten seconds, which tends to make price reasonableness documentation straightforward.
We’re an authorized dealer, which matters more on a twenty-machine order than it sounds like it should. The machines ship new from the Vitamix factory and warranty are connected to the serial numbers. Warranty service, including shipping both directions, is handled by Vitamix at no cost.
What about a bulk discount?
Our pricing is the same whether you buy one machine or eighty. As an authorized dealer we hold Vitamix’s published pricing, so there’s no volume tier we’re keeping from you.

How long does it take?
Vitamix machines are built to order, so lead time depends on quantity and configuration. Typical orders ship within about three business days of cleared payment, then two to five days in transit.
Larger orders can take longer. If yours will, we’ll tell you before you commit, not after. If you have a date you need to hit, put it on the form and we’ll confirm against it with Vitamix before we take your money.

Do you have a minimum?
Three machines. Below that, just order from our shop like anyone else.
What’s the maximum?
We haven’t found it yet. Ask.
Can we mix models and colors?
Yes. Mixed quantities are normal and don’t complicate anything. Choose between Ascent X5 (also available bundled with a Food Processor Attachment) or the VX1 which is the new version of the 5200.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Usually. Tell us the split on the form.
Do the machines come with the full warranty?
Yes. Ten years on Ascent machines, registered to you, serviced directly by Vitamix at no cost including shipping both ways. This is what being an authorized dealer means.
Can you handle a purchase order?
Send it. We’ll accept it as your ordering document. We ship once payment clears — card, ACH, check, or wire.
Are you a reseller or a real dealer?
Authorized dealer. The machines come from the Vitamix factory, not a warehouse.
