Chocolate Cherry Oat Shake
This is the shake you make when you want chocolate but don’t want to feel like you ate dessert for breakfast. Frozen cherries bring natural sweetness and a tart edge that keeps the cocoa from tasting flat, while a quarter cup of oats and a scoop of vanilla protein powder turn a thin smoothie into something thick enough to eat with a spoon and substantial enough to count as a real meal.
