
Tiramisu Protein Shake
As a tiramisu aficionado, I don't say this lightly — we nailed it. The cashew yogurt tang plus cocoa powder on top are the one-two punch that make this taste like the real thing.

- Add the cold brew concentrate (or espresso), vanilla cashew yogurt, oat milk, protein powder, and ice to your Vitamix. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and dust cocoa powder generously over the top before serving.

Lenny & Shalva’s note: The cashew yogurt is doing the heavy lifting here — that tang is what makes it taste like tiramisu instead of just a coffee shake. Don’t skip it or swap for a neutral yogurt. If your protein powder is sweetened, taste before adding any extra sweetener — most people won’t need it. Drink it right away while it’s still thick and cold.
