If you just want the least expensive Vitamix, go with the E310. It’s the blender you see many YouTube chefs use because despite its affordability, it delivers Vitamix-quality results.

With two switches (on/off & pulse) and a dial, it has entirely tactile controls; zero outward facing technology at all. And like all Vitamix blenders, the blade is fixed to the container making it super easy to clean — just a couple drops of soap and warm water.

The downsides are that it’s one of the most loud Vitamix blenders. Plus, it lacks some features like recipe programs (for walk-away blending) and is incompatible with the Food Processor Attachment or any future SELF-DETECT attachments.
