Who were we?

We saw self-care as selfish. We thought legacy was something left instead of something lived.

We were too good, too cool, too proud, too busy, too stuck in the paths of our past. We had it so good.

Time, seemed infinite. Health, felt guaranteed.

The future was tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow, until one morning we woke up and it became today.

We were missing the point. We were sacrificing our tomorrow overwhelmed by the fear we felt today.

We were dulling the pain, indulging in vain, staring at the suffering we could not yet see.

Then, an awakening.

One lonely night, we couldn’t sleep. Parenthood woke us up. Our mortality tapped us on the shoulder. Self-worth whispered, “You deserve to feel good.”

We realized that our legacy is every meal we prepare, every habit we form, every example we set.

We can’t afford to not invest in ourselves – financially, emotionally, physically, spiritually.

Not tomorrow, but today.

We’re on a quest now. A mission to fuel our bodies, energize our minds, and nourish our souls. To leave a legacy of vitality.

We can adapt. We can grow. We can transform. We can blend our way to better health, stronger families, and a more vibrant world.

This isn’t a fad. It’s not a phase. It’s an awakening. It’s an evolution. It’s the rest of our lives.
