kcalWe love this recipe from Making Thyme for Health: Vegan Banana Oatmeal Blender Muffins. Theyโre 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and oil-free. You can make them nut-free if you substitute the peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. We’ve been making them weekly with the kids, for the kids. Great for picky eaters and an after school snack. ยฝ cup non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
ยผ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas
ยผ cup peanut butter
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

I made these muffins today. It was fast and easy. Put everything in the Vitamix, blend, put in muffin cups, cook, cool (well, just for a minute), eat! Of course cleanup was simple too. Muffins were delicious. Everyone needs a Vitamix! Thanks for the recipe.

I wish there was a sub for banana as I only have half a frozen one. Maybe apple & mango lol. Itโs all I have and Iโm not going out lol.
