Ingredients
¼ cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
½ cup (118 ml) olive oil
¼ cup (62 g) dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
1 cup (150 g) blueberries, fresh or frozen
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the blender container.
- Blend on high speed for 60 seconds.
- Pour over your favorite salad.
Notes

- If you prefer a milder dijon flavor, use half the amount of mustard.

I’m whole food plant based – so SOS – no salt, oil or sugar added to food. Love the sound of your recipes, but can’t have any oil in my meal plan. Can you maybe suggest an alternative to it. Or what would happen if it were eliminated?
