Hi. Are you saying to put 3 peeled and deseeded lemons in vitamix and in addition, another unpeeled lemon? That one can not be deseeded obviously. Wasn’t sure.
    Thanks,
    Lisa

      Hi Lisa,

To clarify: yes, 3 peeled and deseeded lemons. Then one lemon cut in half so you can access the seeds, deseed but keep the peel. The Vitamix easily crushes the seeds, but they are a little bitter, so I do my best to remove as many as possible.

Is it really 1/4 of salt in the filling ingredients or should it be a 1/4 of sugar? I am making it now so I am going to go with sugar! ?

Wowza! Good catch. Sugar for sure. Changing now, thanks ๐Ÿ™‚
