Cranberry Jalapeño Salsa
We made this cranberry salsa for a Vitamix holiday collaboration — inspired by Mel’s Kitchen Cafe, tweaked with honey instead of sugar. It’s tart, sweet, and a little spicy, and it looks gorgeous on a plate. Spoon it over cream cheese with crackers and you’ve got the best holiday appetizer in the room.
